Bollicine&Co. offers a truly immersive Italian experience, perfect for those who appreciate taste, beauty, well-being, and the joy of living. The bar’s selection of the finest international sparkling wines pairs perfectly with the iconic flavors and products of Italian cuisine. 

At La Vallée Village, Bollicine&Co. Champagne Bar has added a new outdoor area in addition to the glasshouse, providing a great atmosphere and comfort, with elegant and comfortable furnishings, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors. Guests can choose from a tempting variety of dishes such as platters of cured meats and cheeses from Emilia-Romagna, including the famous Culatello di Zibello, and fresh dishes made with high-quality ingredients.

Bollicine&Co’s most exciting new addition is their unique champagne ice cream, created in collaboration with Vero Latte, an Italian brand renowned for its natural and high-quality ice creams. Expert ice cream maker, Massimiliano Scotti, has developed an exclusive recipe for Bollicine&Co, resulting in a delightful treat that will delight and impress guests any time of day. 

To celebrate the opening event, Massimiliano Scotti held an exclusive artisanal ice cream masterclass on October 5th for the attendees, showcasing the partnership between the two Italian companies.
